Registration of conveyances.

Official statutory text

The owner of every existing conveyance, whether or not dormant, shall register the conveyance with the director, giving type, contract load and speed, name of manufacturer, its location, and the purpose for which it is used, and other information the director may require. Registration shall be made in a format required by the department.
