Administrator.

Official statutory text

The state librarian shall be the compact administrator. The compact administrator shall receive copies of all agreements entered into by the state or its political subdivisions and other states or political subdivisions; consult with, advise, and aid such governmental units in the formulation of such agreements; make such recommendations to the governor, legislature, and governmental agencies and units as the administrator deems desirable to effectuate the purposes of this compact; and consult and cooperate with the compact administrators of other party states.
