Commission created.
Official statutory text
A state records commission is created. The commission shall consist of the following officials or their designees:
(1) The secretary of state.
(2) The treasurer of state.
(3) The director of revenue.
(4) The director of the department of management.
(5) The state librarian.
(6) The auditor of state.
(7) The director.
