Chairman; secretary

Official statutory text

A. The commissioner of agriculture and forestry shall be the chairman of the commission. The commission shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Chapter. The commissioner shall employ such personnel, other than the director and assistant director, as may be necessary to administer the provisions of this Chapter.

B. The assistant commissioner for agricultural and environmental sciences shall serve as secretary of the commission.
