§3–303.
Official statutory text
(a) An applicant shall pay to the Executive Director a fee of $20, in addition to the costs of publication and notice, when filing an application for the transfer of a license.
(b) The Executive Director shall endorse on the license the transfer of the license if the applicant has paid the fee required under subsection (a) of this section.
