Official statutory text

If, because of the marketing of an unapproved product, the Comptroller under § 10-317 of this subtitle suspends or revokes the registration of a retail service station dealer who is without fault, the supplier of the unapproved product is liable in damages to the retail service station dealer in an amount equal to the net operating loss sustained during the period of suspension or revocation.
