§5–1804.

Official statutory text

A loan qualifies under the Program if the loan:

(1) satisfies the lending criteria of the financial institution;

(2) has a term not exceeding 10 years;

(3) may be short or long term, have fixed or variable rates, and be secured or unsecured; and

(4) does not exceed $250,000.
