§10–6A–11. IN EFFECT

// EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2030 PER CHAPTERS 703 AND 704 OF 2024 //

Within 30 days before the expiration of an order of assisted outpatient treatment, the respondent’s care coordination team shall provide the respondent with a plan for continued treatment, if considered necessary.
