§4–305.1.
(a) An applicant who otherwise qualifies for a certificate to be an expanded function dental assistant is entitled to be examined as provided for in this section.
(b) The Board shall notify each qualified applicant of the time and place of the examination.
(c) The Board shall determine the subjects, scope, form, and passing score for examinations given under this section.
(d) An applicant shall pay to the Board an examination fee set by the Board in an amount that does not exceed the costs of administering the examination.
