§8–503.
Official statutory text
(a) The Board may appoint peer advisory committees to provide the Board with expert advice related to the practice of nursing by advanced practice nurses and the practice of midwifery by licensed certified midwives.
(b) A member of a peer advisory committee is entitled to receive:
(1) Compensation, as determined by the Board; and
(2) Reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
