Official statutory text

Any money the Department receives for angler’s licenses shall be accounted for by the Department to the State Treasurer. The amount the Treasurer receives shall be placed to the credit of angler’s licenses in the State Fisheries Management and Protection Fund, and the Treasurer shall pay out of it on warrant of the Comptroller upon requisition of the Department.
