§9–1004.

Official statutory text

(a) The Commission shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places that the Commission determines.

(b) A member of the Commission:

(1) may not receive compensation; but

(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

(c) The Archives shall provide staff services for the Commission.

(d) (1) The Commission shall be an advisory body for the Archives.

(2) The Commission shall review and comment on:

(i) the proposed budget of the Archives;

(ii) all proposed publications of the Archives; and

(iii) all proposed policies pertaining to the use of the Archives by the public.
