Welcome home letter; inclusion of list of state-funded veterans service organizations.

Sec. 2.
The Michigan veterans affairs agency shall develop and send a welcome home letter to all returning veterans which shall include a list of all state-funded veterans service organizations. The list shall be ordered by the amount of state funding, with the veterans service organization that receives the highest amount of state funding listed first and the remaining organizations listed in descending order.
