County peer review group as panel of surveyors; appointment; responsibilities.

Sec. 9b.
A county board of commissioners shall appoint a county peer review group to act as a panel of surveyors to review and provide advice on original public land survey corners or protracted public land survey corners presented by surveyors before the county accepts the original public land survey corners or protracted public land survey corners for filing under its county plan.
