§ 12B.50 FUNDING FROM OTHER SOURCES; REPAYMENT REQUIRED.
Official statutory text
If an applicant subsequently recovers eligible costs from another source after receiving payment under this chapter, the applicant must pay the commissioner an amount equal to the corresponding state funds received within 30 days. The commissioner must deposit any repayment in the disaster assistance contingency account in section 12.221, subdivision 6 .
