§ 71A.05 REPORTS; EXAMINATION.

§ Subdivision 1. Annual report. The attorney-in-fact shall make a report to the commissioner for each calendar year on the first day of March showing the financial condition of affairs at the office where the contracts are issued and furnish such additional information and reports as may be required. The attorney-in-fact shall not be required to furnish the names and addresses of any subscribers nor the loss ratio.
