Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-37.6

Official statutory text

(1) Within the incorporated city limits of the Town of Lake, in Scott County, Mississippi, along the Interstate 20 East and Interstate 20 West corridor near the Lake exit, Exit 96, may be erected a sign or signs that reads as follows: “Home of Randy Houser, Country Music Singer.”

(2) The sign or signs described in subsection (1) of this section are to be erected in accordance with the Mississippi Department of Transportation's permitting process and must be paid for by the Town of Lake.
