Miss. Code Ann. § 67-1-67

Official statutory text

No permit shall be transferred by the permittee to any other person or any other place except with the written consent of the commission upon a regular application therefor in writing and upon consideration thereof as provided in this article for an original application for a permit. The commission shall not approve the transfer of the permit of any person against whom there is pending in the courts or before the commission any charge of keeping a disorderly house, or of violating this article or the laws against gambling in this state or against whom there is pending any proceedings for the revocation, suspension or cancellation of the permit.
