Miss. Code Ann. § 67-1-89

Official statutory text

In addition to any other rights and remedies which it may have, the commission, in the name of the chairman thereof, shall have the right to resort to and apply for injunctive relief, both temporary and permanent, in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce compliance with the provisions of this article and to restrain and prevent violations and threatened violations thereof. The Attorney General, district attorneys and county attorneys of this state, shall aid and assist the commission in all such actions when requested by the chairman so to do.
