1.1008. Nonseverability clause for S.B. 999, 2026. — Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.140 to the contrary, the provisions of this act * shall be nonseverable, and if any provision is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall invalidate all of the remaining provisions of this act * .
