9.386 Emmett Kelly Day, last Saturday of April.

9.386. Emmett Kelly Day, last Saturday of April. — The last Saturday in April of each year is hereby designated as "Emmett Kelly Day" in Missouri. The citizens of this state are encouraged to honor the life of Emmett Kelly, who was a famous circus performer, also known as Weary Willie, from Houston, Missouri.
