41-1-407 Immunity and responsibility of physician or health care facility

41-1-407 . Immunity and responsibility of physician or health care facility. (1) A physician, surgeon, dentist, or health or mental health care facility may not be compelled against the entity's best judgment to treat a minor on the minor's own consent.

(2) This section may not be construed to relieve any physician, surgeon, dentist, or health or mental health care facility from liability for negligence in the diagnosis and treatment rendered a minor.
