44-1-517 Subrogation

44-1-517 . Subrogation. The state has a cause of action for reimbursement of sums it has paid to an officer as a salary benefit and for medical treatment and examinations against any third party against whom the officer has a cause of action for the injury which necessitated the payments by the state.
