67-1-105 . Penalties. Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any of the provisions of chapters 1 through 3, except 67-3-212 , or any of the rules or orders issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than 90 days, or both.
