77-1-215 Expenditures authorized

77-1-215 . Expenditures authorized. When lands are acquired or leased under 77-1-214 , the board is hereby authorized to:
(1) make expenditures from any funds not otherwise obligated for the management, development, and utilization of such areas;
(2) sell or otherwise dispose of products from such lands; and
(3) make such rules as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of 77-1-214 through 77-1-217 and 77-1-204 (2).
