Sale of baggage or property left at hotel, motel, lodging house or boardinghouse

Official statutory text

All baggage or property of whatever description left at a hotel, inn, motel, motor court, boardinghouse or lodging house for the period of 60 days may be sold at public auction by the proprietor or proprietors thereof as provided in NRS 108.500 .
