Volunteer crossing guard for county school district deemed employee of political subdivision of State if volunteer has completed approved training

Official statutory text

For the purposes of NRS 41.0305 to 41.039 , inclusive, a person who volunteers to a county school district or to a local law enforcement agency to serve as a crossing guard for a county school district shall be deemed an employee of a political subdivision of the State if the person has successfully completed a training course in traffic safety that has been approved by a local law enforcement agency.
