Provisions do not apply to unemancipated minor in legal custody of agency which provides child welfare services

Official statutory text

1. The provisions of NRS 41.291 to 41.299 , inclusive, do not apply to an unemancipated minor who is in the legal custody of an agency which provides child welfare services.

2. As used in this section, “agency which provides child welfare services” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432B.030 .
