Execution may issue on entry of judgment on docket of justice of the peace

Official statutory text

From the time of entry of judgment on the docket of the justice of the peace, execution may be issued thereon by the justice of the peace to the sheriff of any county in the State, in the same manner and with like effect as if issued on a judgment of the district court.
