If a foreign corporation doing business in this State maintains and keeps in the State a registered agent as provided by NRS 80.060 and files or has microfilmed the papers, records and instruments required by NRS 80.010 to 80.040 , inclusive, the foreign corporation is entitled to the benefit of the laws of this State limiting the time for the commencement of civil actions.
