12-A:10-l Division of Historical Resources; Director.
Official statutory text
There is hereby established within the department the division of historical resources, which shall also be known as the state historic preservation office, under the supervision of an unclassified director of historical resources. The director of historical resources shall be responsible for administering the state historic preservation program in accordance with RSA 227-C.
