12-A:2-i Multiple Use Management of White Mountain National Forest Land.
Official statutory text
The commissioner of the department of natural and cultural resources, or designee, shall have the authority and responsibility to consult and work with the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service in order to promote and maintain continued multiple use management of White Mountain National Forest land.
