14:31-c Charge Back of Financial Audits of Special Funds Agencies.

Official statutory text

The cost of any financial audit done by the legislative budget assistant or by any other auditor under his or her direction or authority of any department, division, or agency funded by highway, fish and game, any self-sustaining, or special fund shall be a charge against the appropriate fund and said cost shall be transferred from said fund to the general fund.
