21-I:73 Definitions.

Official statutory text

In this subdivision: I. "Agency" means any agency under RSA 21-G:5, III that receives or provides central support services. II. "Agency indirect costs" mean all support costs within any agency that cannot be directly charged to any agency program. III. "Statewide indirect costs" mean all allocated general fund central services costs incurred by any state agency for central support services to any other state agency.
