21-N:8 Division of Workforce Innovation.

Official statutory text

There is hereby established within the department the division of workforce innovation, under the supervision of an unclassified director of workforce innovation whose responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following functions, in accordance with applicable laws: I. Overseeing the administration of the provisions of RSA 200-C. II. Overseeing the administration of federal social security disability determinations as authorized by the Social Security Administration. III. Overseeing the administration of the provisions of RSA 186-B relative to services to the blind. IV. Establishing regional vocational rehabilitation offices necessary for the administration of this section. V. Providing technical and consulting services to assist secondary vocational education efforts.
