3-B:1 Position Established.
Official statutory text
There is established the position of caretaker for the "Old Man of the Mountain" located in Franconia Notch. The governor, with the consent of the council, shall appoint the caretaker. The person so honored shall be a resident of the state, a person with a demonstrated record of expertise on and concern for the "Old Man of the Mountain", and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor and council.
