Effective date
Official statutory text
This act shall take effect upon the enactment into law by the State of New York of legislation having an identical effect with section two of this act, but if the State of New York shall have already enacted such legislation this act shall take effect immediately. L.1945, c. 197, p. 683, s. 5.
