Appropriation capped by new revenues

17. There is appropriated to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority from the General Fund such sums as may be necessary to fund the Business Employment Incentive Program established by this act, the amount of which shall not exceed the total amount of revenues received as withholdings, as defined in section 2 of P.L.1996, c.26 (C.34:1B-125) from all businesses receiving grants pursuant to this act, as certified by the Director of the Division of Taxation. L.1996,c.26,s.17.
