Preparation of report to Governor, Legislature

3. The authority shall prepare a report within two years following the effective date of this act, and not less than every third year thereafter, which shall include, but not be limited to: a description of the demand for the sessions from veterans in this State, the efforts made by the authority to promote the sessions; an assessment of the effectiveness of the informational sessions in meeting the goals of this act; and any recommendations for legislation to improve the effectiveness of the sessions. The authority shall submit its reports to the Governor and the Legislature. L.1999,c.276, s.3.
