Transfer of Motion Picture and Television Development Commission.

24. a. The Motion Picture and Television Development Commission, established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1977, c.44 (C.34:1B-24), is transferred in, but not of, the Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade in the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, but notwithstanding this transfer, the Motion Picture and Television Development Commission shall be independent of any supervision and control by the authority or by any board or officer thereof. b. Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Motion Picture and Television Development Commission, the same shall mean and refer to the Motion Picture and Television Development Commission in, but not of, the division. c. The Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade shall provide staff services necessary to support the functions of the Motion Picture and Television Development Commission.
