"Pollution Prevention Fund" established

16. There is established in the department a nonlapsing fund to be known as the "Pollution Prevention Fund," hereinafter referred to as "the fund." The fund shall be credited with all fees imposed and collected by the Department of Labor pursuant to paragraph (2) of subsection b. of section 26 of P.L.1983, c.315 (C.34:5A-26), and with all penalties collected for violations of this act, and with any other monies that may be made available, or appropriated, to the department for the implementation of this act. Monies in the fund shall be used by, and are hereby appropriated to, the department solely for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this act. L.1991,c.235,s.16.
