Reserves, funds or accounts
Official statutory text
The authority may establish reserves, funds or accounts as may be, in its discretion, necessary or desirable to further the accomplishment of the purposes of the authority or to comply with the provisions of any agreement made by or any resolution of the authority. L.1984, c. 73, s. 13, eff. July 10, 1984.
