Services to authority by other governmental units; payment of costs
Official statutory text
All officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions of the State are hereby authorized and empowered to render any and all services to the authority as may be within the area of their respective governmental functions as fixed or established by law, and as may be requested by the authority. Insofar as possible, the cost and expense of any services shall be met and provided for by such officers, departments, boards, agencies, divisions and commissions. L.1984, c. 73, s. 18, eff.
