Reference to state board of control as reference to commissioner of institutions and agencies

Official statutory text

Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the State Board of Control, the same shall mean and refer to the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies. L.1971, c. 384, s. 24, eff. Jan. 5, 1972.
