In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals under chapter 154 of the Laws of 1921 of the state of New York and chapter 151 of the Laws of 1921 of the state of New Jersey, this thirtieth day of April, 1921. Willcox, Outerbridge, Smith, Van Buskirk, Ford and McCran signed in the great hall of the chamber of commerce in the city of New York on the thirtieth day of April, 1921.
