37:1-19. Penalty; how recovered. Any penalty incurred under any of the provisions of this article may be recovered with costs, in an action at law by and in the name of the local board of health of the municipality where the marriage or civil union occurred, or by and in the name of the Department of Health and Senior Services. Amended 2006, c.103, s.24.
