Exemptions from militia duty

Official statutory text

The persons exempt from militia duty under Federal laws and regulations issued thereunder shall be exempt from militia duty in this State. In addition, the following persons shall be exempt from militia duty in this State. (a) The judicial and executive officers of any political subdivision of this State. (b) Such other persons as may hereafter be specifically exempted by the laws of this State, or by order of the Governor. L.1963, c. 109.
