Personnel; compensation; duties

Official statutory text

The Secretary of Agriculture shall provide the Office of Milk Industry with such clerical, technical and other personnel as he shall deem necessary, after consultation with the director of said office, for the proper discharge of the duties imposed upon such director. The Secretary of Agriculture shall fix the compensation of persons thus assigned to the Office of Milk Industry, within the limits of available appropriations therefor. The director of the Office of Milk Industry shall prescribe the duties of all persons thus assigned to said office. L.1948, c. 447, p. 1779, s. 6.
