Transfer of employees from Milk Control Board

Such employees of the Milk Control Board, except as otherwise provided in this act, as the Secretary of Agriculture may determine are needed for the proper performance of the additional functions and duties of the Department of Agriculture prescribed herein, are hereby transferred to the Department of Agriculture established hereunder. Persons so transferred shall be assigned to such duties as the Secretary of Agriculture shall determine. Such employees of the present director of milk control, except as otherwise provided in this act, as the Secretary of Agriculture may determine are needed for the proper performance of the duties of the director of the Office of Milk Industry are hereby transferred to the Office of Milk Industry established hereunder. Persons so transferred shall be assigned to such duties as the director of the Office of Milk Industry shall determine. L.1948, c. 447, p. 1779, s. 7.
