Appropriations, records and property transferred
Official statutory text
All appropriations available and to become available to the Milk Control Board and to the existing office of director of milk control abolished by this act are hereby transferred to the Department of Agriculture. The records and property of the Milk Control Board are hereby transferred to the Department of Agriculture. L.1948, c. 447, p. 1780, s. 10.
